CustomPortal Installation
To use any of CustomPlay’s products you must first install CustomPortal. This will allow you to get the most out of their titles including free updates and extras. Download The Free CustomPortal

Create A Free Account
Run CustomPortal and click on the "Create New Account..." button. Enter an Account Name of your choice and provide a password for security. You will then need to provide an e-mail address. Once your account is created, login using your account name and password.

Ensure DirectX 9.0c is installed
When CustomPortal starts for the first time, it will check if you have DirectX 9.0c installed on your machine. If you do not then it will download and install it.

Open your PlayMail
Now you can open the playmail file by downloading the playmail hole by clicking on the Play Hole icon
